Meet Maryann.....
Licensed since 2002, I have been a full-time realtor in residential single and multi family property, condos & townhouses, vacant land parcels large and small, horse properties of all sizes, commercial and business properties. I serve all of Northwest Indiana including the counties of Lake, Porter, LPorte, Starke and Jasper listing and selling property in all price ranges. My business also includes foreclosures REOs, Corporate foreclosures, and short sale properties.
In my earlier employment with United Airlines, I excelled at airline ticket sales with "highest in production" status consistently. At O'Hare Airport ticket counter, I excelled in Customer Service with continual "orchid letters" of gratitude from travelers thanking the airline for my personal service. As an Apollo Computer Instructor, I traveled the nation training travel agents to use the airline computer and received recognition of "excellence in consumer service".
Later, as the owner-manager of Maki Travel Center, Inc., of Downer Grove, Illinois, I grew the new travel agency from opening status to multi-million in ticket sales in less than 2 years and later opened Maki Travel School training 100+ students annually, and a third company called The Travel Recruiter training and placing hundreds into travel jobs annually throughout Chicagoland.
This entrepreneurial spirit provides me with the mindset of nothing less than success. Past experience growing a business provides the capability of taking a real estate transaction smoothly from start to finish, from listing to sale, from preview to purchase, working effortlessly with sellers and buyers.
I am extremely dependable and readily available to my clients. I believe in the old fashioned work ethic that when you hire me to sell your property, or to help you buy a property, you will have my full attention with every detail and the joint effort to achieve success with your transaction.
